Rudy’s Pub & Grill is the premier Newport Beach spot that combines sports and fun to class and good taste. From small corporate gatherings to upbeat private parties, Rudy’s Pub & Grill is the venue to make your next event a terrific one.

Rudy’s Pub & Grill offers both private and semi-private event amenities. The restaurant has the capability to divide into two fully self-contained areas or remain whole with the all-inclusive feel of a traditional establishment.

The Dugout: Directly on Newport Blvd, the Dugout is a private patio area surrounded by glass windows and doors for an intimate atmosphere. The Dugout offers 6 plasma TVs and accommodates up to 30 people for cocktail parties or more casual events. For buffets or sit-down meals, the Dugout seats 20.

The Sky Dome: Located in the center part of the restaurant, the Sky Dome offers the usage of the retractable roof, 11 plasma TVs, a private bar and direct access to our main entry. For buffets or sit-down meals, the Sky Dome seats up to 60 people. For cocktail parties or more casual events, there is a capacity of up to 80.

Hall of Fame: Accommodating up to 75 people for a sit down dinner or 100 for cocktail parties and other casual events, the Hall of Fame offers 17 plasma TVs, the grand bar, a private entry way and direct access to the restrooms. This spacious and darker room is the perfect setting for ultimate sports viewing or professional functions.

Pricing is available upon request. Room rates are based on day time or evening hours and weekday and weekend scheduling. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are offered but subject to availability and seasonal pricing. A 7.75% California tax and 18% gratuity will be added to final charges.

A deposit and credit card authorization is necessary for booking. 72 hours before the event, 50 % of the expected food and beverage charges are due. The remaining balance is due at the close of the event.

A special events coordinator for Rudy’s Pub & Grill is on hand to help make your experience first-class and effortless. Services rendered are included with banquet booking.

In the event that any of our venues are used in conjunction with charity events, which 100% of the proceeds will be used as a donation offering, Rudy’s offers a discounted menu. Room rates and guidelines remain the same, but all food and beverages will be sold at 10% less the normal banquet prices.
